Deep browned scotch color with thick tanned ring of head, but a topless center. Thick, tightly wound malt nose, with in a heavy Belgian shadow. Tingly malt body, with candi sugar, sugar plum, and restrained bubble gum yeast notes. This is described as a "Noel" beer on the Big Time billboard and fits that bill. Very easy drinking, yet it intimates that it is cloaking a hearty alcohol punch.
