Hazy light beige. Fresh wheaty nose with footy yeast and light lemon (no lemon touched this beer - Big Time is a civilized establishment). Both sweet and crisp, with vague fruitiness and slightly doughy malts. Somewhat predictably, this is not one of their better offerings.

Draft at the brewpub. Pours cloudy pale straw with thin dirty white head. Smells kinda empty, blandly yeasty. A little bit of old sweaty socks. Some wheat sour notes as well. Mild body, soft carb, light hay sweetness, wheat sour, and more of that sweaty sock. Drinkable and refreshing and absolutely the wrong yeast.

On tap at the bar with Poperinge. Yellow liquid. Has a sharp mouth feel. Generic beverage.

Slighly hazed golden with a dense white head. Light esthery wheat aroma with some nuttiness. The flavor is quite nutty with some light wheat but mainly it is earthy with some nice hop notes. Medium-light body. Pretty good.

Light hazy yellow with sticky head & lacing. The aroma has some sharp wheat & citrusy low AA hops, sunscreen almost. The flavor is balanced with a wheat/wort taste, some acidity. Finishes clean.

Tap@Big Time. Wierd, doesn’t really taste like a wheat, in fact, i didn’t know it was a wheat till rating this beer right now. Quite nice, dry, dusty, with some nectary apricot and lemon in the finish. Hoppy and bitter finish.
