From a plastic barrel at the Great British Beer Festival, Day 4 on 6 August 2010. Pale yellow colour. Tart squashed fruit aroma. Fruity flavour too. Low tannin. Moderate acidity. Decent, if undemanding, drinking. Typical Kentish cider, being made from culinary and dessert apples rather than traditional cider varieties.
