Draft at brewpub. Pours a somewhat hazy amber with a retentive off white head. Aroma of perfumy hops and ale esters. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Malt profile has somewhat of a British carmelly toffee nuance to it, countered by a nice, but not overly aggressive American hop bitterness. Finish has traces of acetaldehyde , but less pronounced on the palate compared to the other beers. Refine the finish, and you have a nice IPA here.

Draft. Light amber body. Frothy off-white head slowly diminishing. Hoppy aroma of grapefruit, pine, toasted grain and perfume. The flavor is lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture and lively carbonation. Grainy aftertaste. Floral finish. A bit unclean and raw around the edges.
