it’s warm golden with a creamy, white head. The aroma has notes of malt, hay, a bit of fruit - and light oxidation. The flavor has a light sweetness and even more oxidated notes and pretty much the same notes as the aroma - not too impressive, but not bad either...

Bottle 330ml.

Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain,sweet malt, bread, cardboard notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, sweet malt, mazipanmalt, oxidide notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light light alcoholic. The head is medium, the body gold-orange. It smells malty, hoppy. Taste is malty, fruity- a bit bitter, worth. Drinkable. 11/10/11/10/11/10

Malzbetontes Pils mit leicht alkoholischer Note im nachbitternden Abgang. "Der charaktervolle Schluck Heimat" steht auf dem Label; am Charakter darf man ruhig noch feilen.

Bottle @ Late Night Fonefan/Brugmansia Tasting, January 2013. Pours clear golden with a off white head. Grain, grass, bread and a bit of alcohol. Medium bodied.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear golden with a small white head. Sweet malty nose - slightly buttery. Solid body, thick and sweet maltiness with only subtle hops. Pleasant. 040113

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is grassy and light cornish. Grassy, straw. Bitter and dry finish. Simple.

Bottle:Deep golden, no head to speak of, sweetish-grainy nose, some bisquity traces underneath; light to moderate sweetish-bitter flavour, pretty thin for a beer of 6.0%, but fizzy; a slight sourish touch -no sign of infection - accompanies the simple sweet-bitter finish. A very simple brew, that makes it easy to understand, why the people in Hesse prefer cider…

330ml bottle. Clear golden colour with average, frothy, minimally lacing, white head. Grainy, strawy, grassy and slightly metallic aroma. Taste is minimally sweet grainy, strawy, grassy; flat bitter hoppy finish.
