COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Binding Ice Beer is brewed using a special process, whereby the beer is matured at such low temperatures that fine ice crystals are formed. Afterwards, a special filtering technique allows the crystals to be gently removed.

This is a relatively poor lager, although I drink it in a less then ideal condition, as I am not sure that lager is meant to be put down as long as this bottle was.
