A dark yellow beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet and very malted, combined with some hints of caramel. The flavor is dry and very hoppy on a sweet slightly sticky malt and honey background. The hops also lends the beer notes of citrus.

2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20 omhper (15600) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - MAR 19, 2002
Pale golden coloured. Not dry enough for a pils, nor hoppy enough, it is still the best offering I’ve tried from Binding. It has still got the characteric one-dimensional industrial house flavour of Binding.

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Discreet aroma: moderately sweet malty, slightly strawy nose with grassy and herbal hops. Bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Pale malty, slightly doughy and strawy taste with herbal and minimal grassy hoppy accents; dry and moderately bitter hoppy finish. Not bad by Hessian standards. 30.XII.09
