(bottle) pours a clear golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of sweet pale malts, with some grain and only a slight whiff of bittering hops. flavour is slightly abrasive herbal hops over a very light grainy base with a bitter finish. light to medium body with medium carbonation.

On tap at Treffpunkt (Kelsterbach). Golden body with a huge white foamy head. Well balanced malty/hoppy aroma with bready hints. Taste is slightly dominated by hoppy flavors. It carries malty and grassy notes. Ends with a decent bitter/herbal finish. Good standard German Pils.

On tap in Frankfurt Intercontinental. Golden body with plump head. Nose is corny. Taste is corn, sweet, water. Pretty okay Pilsener, nothing more.

Super herbal and bitter brew. The hops are grating and astringent rather than pleasant.

Bottle 50cl. A clear yellow beer with head that goes quickly. Nose is grassy and a bit vegetable like. Aroma is dry, low malted with a thin body. Finish is dry and herbal / grassy, in the average.

Medium thin body. At first, this Pils smells like a freshly opened can of corn. Not in a (too) bad way, though. Taste is mildly sweet, with hints of cinnamon. Finish is smooth, with pleasant bitterness and refreshing notes of lime. Far from great, but lots better than I expected a typical Binding product to be.

Very good pilsener. Clear and pale. Good head. Well balanced between sweetness & bitterness. Medium body. Very pleasant: a good sample of the style.

Das herbe Bier bietet im süffigen Mittelteil ein getreidiges und süßes Aroma, bei der die Herbe immernoch einen wichtigen Bestandteil einnimmt. Durchaus herb und, was noch mehr hervorsticht, malzig ist das Bier im Abgang. Im Ganzen ist es sehr ausgewogen und gefällt mir durch seine leichte Art.

Hazy yellow with a foamy white head. Cookie aroma. Taste is fairly sweet with some spice hops. Average German pils.
