COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This dark nature-cloudy speciality is available the whole year. Light-brown foam, not straight black, but nevertheless fullly dark beer. Coined/shaped of the Malzsuesse and very sueffig. Also in the Nachtrunk the hop becomes only weakly apparent. Ideal a beer for the bypass of the cold winter evenings.

bottle, brewed in Tettnang. Hazy, dark colour, large but quickly disapperaing head. Malty nose. Flavours of malt, roasted malt and caramel. It somehow reminds me of a Belgian/Northern French Brune, perhaps owing to the yeast. Good Dunkel with a Belgian touch.

Bottle. Dark brown pour. Earthy aromas that lead the way for dark and caramel malts. Taste is similar, but with the addition of wood.

(swing top bottle) Murky brown colour with a big and light-beige foamy head. Slightly dusty and sweet roast-malty aroma with an ethereally spicy hoppy touch. Light-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Roasty malty taste with notes of caramel; medium-dry moderately roasty malty and slightly hoppy finish. 14.XI.07

Bügelverschlußflasche - mit Dank an Stefan! Deep amber coloured, smaller off-white foamy layer, sweet dark-malty nose with a good dash of herbal hops and a touch of roasted malt; moderate to stronger sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied; distinctive hoppiness in the malty-bitter finish. Pleasant and good........
