COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Description a strong, vollmundiges and erfrischendes wheat beer. Coined/shaped by the Malzaroma and the yeast clay/tone, this beer bends rather to sweet ones as to the Herben. The Nachgaerung exclusively takes place in the bottle.

bottle, apparently brewed in Tettnang for Binger Lammbräu which was bought by Adlerbrauerei Göggingen, which was bought by Schussenrieder..... Woiza is Swabian for Weizen (wheat). Cloudy yellow-amber colour, large head. Malty and fruity with clear hints of banana. Very yeasty, pleasant carbonation. Rather spicy - a good one.

Bügelverschlußflasche (courtesy of Quack-Duck): Unclear, pale golden, big fluffy head; clean sweet-orangey nose with a wheaty-grainy tartness in the background; moderate sweet flavour, light to medium bodied; short, mild, soft fruity-sourish finish. Easy-drinking, simple Weizen..............

Bottled. An unclear orange beer with a huge light yellow head. The aroma is sweet wheaty combined with notes of caramel, as well as light notes of malt and banana. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel as well as light notes of wheat and vitamin C, leading to a dry end. The body is a bit thin.
