Cask conditioned at The Cask Pub & Kitchen, Pimlico, London. Black with tan head. Certainly a cold coffee flavour, quite like the last of the cup, with a burnt roasty note. A little single minded, but quite reasonable.

From the pump at the Grape and Grain Spring Beer Festival 2012, Crystal Palace. Dark, reddish brown pour with a beige head. Light coffee and vanilla aroma. Dry coffee roast flavour. Dry finish. Not too bad.

Cask at 2012 Battersea beer festival, London. An almost black coloured pour with a small beige head on top. Roasty, coffee aroma. Tastes coffee, roasty, malty, some chocolate, rich and smooth. Nice Stout.

Cask. Deep ruby, near black, colour with a small beigeish brown head. Aroma is roasted malts, some liquorice and mild coffeeish and toffeeish notes. Flavour is roasted malts, coffee, some toffee and dark fruity notes. Balanced.

Cask @ Cask Pub and Kitchen, Pimlico SW1. Rating #8600. Pours a dark ruby black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty coffee aroma. Roasted malty chocolate and coffee flavor. Has a roasted malty coffee finish.

This is a really enjoyable stout. Full of flavours, coffee, chocolate with an exstremely smooth finish. My only problem is where to buy it from. ?

Clear dark black colour with a small average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light heavy malty, roasted, strong coffee, dark malt, espresso. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, coffee. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat to soft. [20110427]

Cask-conditioned at the Cask Pub and Kitchen 19/08/2011. Near black in colour with no head. Dark fruit and roasted malt aroma with some sweetness. Flavour started with chocolate before a big, black coffee hit and dry finish. Good.
