Honeyish, nutty and yeasty flavor with vanilla and toffee. Hint of pear in the finish. Yves (276), Beerse, Belgium Jul 13, 2008 Amber coloured beer with small white head and few carbonation. Fruity aroma. Full little sprankling palate. Finish is a bit spicy and bitter. thill25 (165), Orlando, Florida, USA Jul 10, 2008 33 cl bottle...poured ruby tinged amber w/ a fizzy off white head that settles rather quickly. The nose is sweet, floral, and has a touch of caramel. The flavor is malty, sweet, and fruity (raisins, caramelized pear, some sweet cherry). You can taste the honey more and more on each sip. The palate is fizzy and dry. There is sweetness up front accompanied by a some hop bitterness, but the sweetness is what hangs around. Overall a pretty tasty beer IMHO.
