COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
After the blond and brown version, the brewery made a third type of beer: the 'Bloesem Bink' (Blossom Bink). It’s a beer of high fermentation, unfiltered and not pasteurized, with secundary fermentation in the bottle. We brew this seasonal beer every year in the same period (spring-summer). The ingredients are: five types of malt, one belgian type of hop, brewing liquor, yeast, honey from Sint-Truiden and syrup of pears from Vrolingen. It tastes fruity with a lightly sweet character and a long fruity and bitter aftertaste. The alcohol content of this springbeer is 7,1% vol.alc.

From 9/24 notes. 12oz bottle pours deep chesnut brown into tulip with 2 finger head. Nose is pear, fig, applesauce, fruit juice. Mouthfeel is medium-bodied, a little syrupy. Taste is dark fruits, bready, tobacco, belgian yeast, earthy, maple notes, cereal notes. Finish is pear, little honey notes, fruit, lingers. Pear and honey are there but don’t really shine. Decent.

Weird beer, perhaps best described as a Belgian blond with flowers. Tastes slightly sweet, with some herbs, grass and honey.

Bottle 7.1% from Kiya Liquor Shop in Nagoya. Nice fruity Belgian aroma with hints of honey. It pours a honey brown with a fine light carbonation & body. A mellow Belgian ale with estery, mild caramel & honey notes. Quite smooth & not boozy at all. A very pleasant beer with a cute colorful label full of flowers with a cartoon bee on it.

33cl bottle. Brown with small head. Nose : burned caramel, sugar, honey, maple sirup, peers, cooked fruits. Sip : oily with low carbonation. Cloying sweet with strong caramel. Develops fruity and woody aromas. Gets a bit dry and still sweet.

Draft. First fruit/veg beer & very impressed. Dark red/amber complexion, hazy. Aroma notes of carrot, cherries. Same carries over into palate. The 7% alcohol helps carry the underlying sweetness. Very recommended. Can't wait to try more of this style. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Sweet smell of "perensiroop" with a hint of honey a bit roasty, minimal head. Taste not too sweet, rather malty. Sticky palate. OK beer but not great

Very smooth and easygoing beer. Floral, sweet malt, honey, pear. Body is very creamy & smooth. Syrupy and a little sticky. I kinda like this beer ;)
