Commercial Description:
After the blond and brown version, the brewery made a third type of beer: the 'Bloesem Bink' (Blossom Bink). It’s a beer of high fermentation, unfiltered and not pasteurized, with secundary fermentation in the bottle. We brew this seasonal beer every year in the same period (spring-summer). The ingredients are: five types of malt, one belgian type of hop, brewing liquor, yeast, honey from Sint-Truiden and syrup of pears from Vrolingen. It tastes fruity with a lightly sweet character and a long fruity and bitter aftertaste. The alcohol content of this springbeer is 7,1% vol.alc.

Chestnut brown/red color, light khaki head. Strange nutty aroma. Flavor - dates, syrup, nuts, yeast, carbonation. Interesting, not something you come across everyday.

33cl from Knightly Spirits (Orlando, FL). Pours an opaque reddish brown with one finger tannish head that settles quickly. Some lacing and head retention. Aroma is floral with notes of ripe fruit, spice, and some hints of plums. Flavor is much of the same -- sweet malt, ripe fruit, and malty sweetness. Might actually taste the pears and honey just a little, but not completely present in the nose. Light to medium body with a slight sweet finish.

On tap at De Beiaard, Spui, Amsterdam.
Light hazy amber coloured, medium sized pale beige head, candy sugar and light fruity nose. Light roasty malty and very fruity taste with notes of berries, spices and burnt sugar. Mild caramel honeyish finish. Interesting but a bit too sweet.

Pours a very effervescent copper amber color with a thick tight foam light beige head that lasts for awhile and leaves a little lacing. Aroma is a sweet floral pear, a slight yeasty bite, and a touch of alcohol. Flavor is high on sweet malty honey. Brown sugar and honey are very noticeable. A nice little spice to it. The mouthfeel is very creamy and doesn’t have the spritz that it appears it would. Leaves a fruity warming alcohol on the tongue.

Pours a slightly hazy dark copper amber with slight ruby hues. Aroma of sweet dark honey and caramel with some fruity pear notes and biscuity Belgian malt. Body starts effervescent and fruity sugary sweet with a nice complex honey and pear character before a drier, slightly warming finish. A pretty interesting, unique and drinkable brew.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy and golden deep orange to brown with a creamy and light tan head. Dense caramel malt aroma, also light fruity to flowery. Flavour is dark malty, roasted and slight metallic. Light yeasty touch. Followed by a mild fruity finish gliding down from the dense caramel everlasting flavour into a smooth and wellbalanced finish.
