Una buona bionda. Il nome Bink significa proprio "biondo" se non vado errato. Sedimenti in "volo libero". Comunque birra abbastanza aromatica e luppolata all’inizio, con qualche nota di zest di pompelmo e di limone. Un pò di frutta gialla. Finale più morbido. Molto beverina e rinfrescante.

bionda che si difende molto bene,aroma di caramello non molto intenso ma piacevole,molto corposa e con residuo sul fondo. gusto dolce e finale amaro,ma non eccessivamente,nel complesso è ottima,peccato per la gradazione bassa.

Clear goldblond coloured beer with large diminishing whte head and medium carbonation. Hoppy fruited (orange) aroma. Medium slight sparkling palate. Finish is sweet fruited bitter ending with a slight dry touch.

Taste: overall hopy fresh blond beer with a dry yeasty end , grassy after, quite refreshing !

Bottle.Pours cloudy golden with an off white head. Aroma of bubblegum, floral hops and spices . Flavor is sweet and herbal with some spices, yeast and fruitiness. Medium body , average carbonation.

Bottle at home. Clear golden pour, thin white head. Aroma is grainy, light ripe fruits, alcohol, tangerine. Flavor is sweet, spicy, slightly alcoholic and lots of ripe fruits. Quite subtle brew, but decent and drinkable.

33cl bottle at Beermania. Hazy orange with a little eggshell white head. Nose : Banana notes, caramel malts with some little orange and cherry aromas. Very floral. Sip : Oily body with low carbonation. Good bitter hops from the start with all the nose aromas in far background. Grapefruit bitterness stays long after a sip. There is this smoky, dried fruit dry taste that dominate after couple of sips. A definitely refreshing beer.

The beer pours a very hazy golden color with a medium to small head and good lacing on the glass.

The aroma is spicy with a pronounced pale malt character. The beer is bready in a yeasty and doughy way and has a nice floral character throughout.

The flavor is spicy and has a nice but fairly light hop flavor. The hops are herbal and lend a good deal of balance to the spicy character of the beer. The beer has a nice level of bitterness, some mild honey up front never really translates into a lot of sweetness and the beer finishes dry.

The palate is nice fairly light with a lot of champagne like bubbliness.

This just sort of grew on me more and more as I drank it, it’s very good beer and I could see myself drinking it often. I’d like very much to try it in Belgium, the hops didn’t seem stale at all in this bottle but I’m sure that they are far more brilliant as you become nearer to the source.

Bought at Steins .. . Pours a deep honey gold .. very light foam .. . honey, light yeast, and light sweet resin .. . very smooth and enjoyable to drink .. . a good morning brew .. . . lay tex con dome .. boy, i’d love to live in one of those!

Lightly hazy yellow/gold, frothy white head. Aroma of fruit, husky grain, nut, floral hops, banana bread. Taste is sweet with some herbal bitterness. Pretty good, nice hoppy Belgian beer.
