COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The ‘Bink blond’ was the first who came out of the barrels. It’s a beer of high fermentation, unfiltered and not pasteurized, with secundary fermentation in the bottle. This beer with a hoppy character is the perfect thirst-quencher. The ingredients are: two types of malt, two belgian types of hop, brewing liquor and yeast. Our ‘Bink blond’ is a fresh and lightly digestable beer with a hoppy flavour and a bitter aftertaste. The alcohol content of this ‘powerful’ beer is 5,5 % vol.alc.

Bottle @ Poechenellekelder. Hazy yellow/golden with a huge bubbly off-white head and good lacing. Aroma of Belgian yeast, lemon and herbal hops. Taste is slightly sweet with yeast, herbal presence, lemon and herbal bitterness finish. Medium body. Moderate/good carbonation. A tad sticky finish. Good Belgian Ale. Drinkable. Nice herbalness.

UPDATED: OCT 10, 2014 Bottled, on many occasions. - Orange-yellow, hazy. Powerful citrussy and bitter Belgian hops with a slight musty hint and notes of orange peel, but not too fruity. Slim but not thin; soft carbonation. Some sweet, honey-like pale malts lurking behind the powerful hops. In the aftertaste, more resiny, citrussy, earthy hops. - A wonderful bitter blond ale with excellent hop aromas - this beer has more aroma than others twice its strength. One of my all-time favourites.

Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, floral, grain and yeast. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter with a long floral and grainy finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Cliché Belgian blond beer. It’s nice, but I’ve seen it all before numerous times.

Bière blonde un peu trouble (non filtrée) et refermentée en bouteille. Goûte le houblon avec un retour amer.

33cl bottle from Mi-Orge Mi-Houblon. Golden yellow with a light head that quickly turns into a lacing. Some hops in the aroma that are very present in the flavour. Quite bitter, that lasts. A good beer, though.

Quite a typical Belgian blond style beer. Aroma has that characteristic Belgian fruitiness with some banana esters there too. Malt is light and clean with moderately high bitterness. A cloudy unfiltered beer that is quite thirst quenching.
