The ‘Bink blond’ was the first who came out of the barrels. It’s a beer of high fermentation, unfiltered and not pasteurized, with secundary fermentation in the bottle. This beer with a hoppy character is the perfect thirst-quencher. The ingredients are: two types of malt, two belgian types of hop, brewing liquor and yeast. Our ‘Bink blond’ is a fresh and lightly digestable beer with a hoppy flavour and a bitter aftertaste. The alcohol content of this ‘powerful’ beer is 5,5 % vol.alc.

One of those old-fashioned blonde bitters from before IPA’s became popular in Belgium; in existence since 1987 and something of a classic as far as I am concerned. Creamy, thick white head, colour misty golden blonde. Hoppy nose with grapefruit, green apple, honey and caramel, taste gently fruity and sweetishly malty, increasingly hoppy towards the finish and ending in a long and dry, aromatic hop bitterness.

Bottle @ Poechenellekelder. Hazy yellow/golden with a huge bubbly off-white head and good lacing. Aroma of Belgian yeast, lemon and herbal hops. Taste is slightly sweet with yeast, herbal presence, lemon and herbal bitterness finish. Medium body. Moderate/good carbonation. A tad sticky finish. Good Belgian Ale. Drinkable. Nice herbalness.
