Commercial Description:
The ‘Bink blond’ was the first who came out of the barrels. It’s a beer of high fermentation, unfiltered and not pasteurized, with secundary fermentation in the bottle. This beer with a hoppy character is the perfect thirst-quencher. The ingredients are: two types of malt, two belgian types of hop, brewing liquor and yeast. Our ‘Bink blond’ is a fresh and lightly digestable beer with a hoppy flavour and a bitter aftertaste. The alcohol content of this ‘powerful’ beer is 5,5 % vol.alc.

Bottled. A hazy light amber beer with a thick orangey head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of spices, yeast, and fruit - the latter is primarily peaches. The flavor is sweet with notes of citrus and lemongrass as well as a lighter note of over ripe peaches, leading to a dryspicy and bitter finish.

Bottle. [Courtesy of yespr, thanks buddy] Average fin bubbled white head that mostly lasted. Clear sparkling looking body with a pale golden colour. Fair display of lacework. Mild notes of yeast, fruit, citrus, caramel and toasted malt. Over the palate came coriander, mild banana, and hint of spice. Medium bodied with an average carbonation. Moderated sweet flavour with a hint of acidic and bitterness. Sweet fruity and light acidic finish.
