COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The ‘Bink blond’ was the first who came out of the barrels. It’s a beer of high fermentation, unfiltered and not pasteurized, with secundary fermentation in the bottle. This beer with a hoppy character is the perfect thirst-quencher. The ingredients are: two types of malt, two belgian types of hop, brewing liquor and yeast. Our ‘Bink blond’ is a fresh and lightly digestable beer with a hoppy flavour and a bitter aftertaste. The alcohol content of this ‘powerful’ beer is 5,5 % vol.alc.

I had two bottles of this beer together; the head was incredibly thick and long lasting. The smell was sweet and full. The taste is full and complex ranging from fruits to spices.

Tap @ Brasserie420 A wonderful crisp clean simple and floreal aromatic nose. Intense. Nice white compact foam. Longlasting. Golden in color with slight pale copper shine. Simple 50% Pale 50% pils malt recepie, that really does the trick for this 5,5% beer. The bouquet of hops is perfectly composed for the malt profile. The body is just right, keeps it a great drinkable beer but with enough personality to bring you through the whole evening. I love this beer. Brewed and poured very well.

33cl bottle at Beermania. Hazy orange with a little eggshell white head. Nose : Banana notes, caramel malts with some little orange and cherry aromas. Very floral. Sip : Oily body with low carbonation. Good bitter hops from the start with all the nose aromas in far background. Grapefruit bitterness stays long after a sip. There is this smoky, dried fruit dry taste that dominate after couple of sips. A definitely refreshing beer.

Golden orange, firm white head. Aroma not sweet at all and quite mild. Wheat, dough, some hops too. Bitter taste with some sourness. Rich but dry. Good drink, suits my taste well. (Bottle 0,33cl, 1,75 EUR)

Bottle, 33 cl. (yesterday @ home tasted this beer for the 5the time) Hazy dark golden color, with medium head. Aroma malts, yeast, hops. Medium body. Taste very nice, bit sweet, yeast, hopsbitterness, fruity. Much caracter for only 5,5 %. Good blonde, like it.

Thin head with a hazy orange color, lots of particulates. Tangy citrus aroma. Tart and tangy taste, bitter, dry finish. Very flavorful and easy to drink.

cloudy beer with golden yellow tones as a drauhgt beer with good foamy head. Very malty blond beer, a little bit thin, to my opinion, but it will be a good thirst quenscher in summertimes.

An excellent example of a hoppy belgian blond ale. Tremendous hop presence, high bitterness, combined with somd fruity esters and pleasant malt flavour. Dry to the finish.
