Draft at Max’s 72 Hour Belgian Beer Fest. Cloudy gold. Aroma is spices, yeast notes, flowers and fruit. Taste is more fruit, spices, dust and cobwebs (yeast), and flowery hops. Body is light-medium and chalky. Soft carbonation. Ends with soft malts, more fruits and yeast. Lighter flowers and spice.

Sep 9, 2008 Hazy opaque orange-yellow pour with a tan head. Sour fruity lemon aroma with some yeasty funk. Spicy bitter flavor. Hoppy finish. Nothing too special.

Aug 5, 2008 The aroma is hoppy with yeast, malt, and paper. The appearance is lightly hazy and gold with a large head. The flavor is like the aroma. The palate is thin. Overall it’s so-so.

Jul 31, 2008 Poured a nice blonde yellow color with a white head. Aroma was fairly malty like most of this style but had a larger hint of hops than usual. Flavor was sweet malt/candy sugar, a little bit of sourness, and a decent hop finish for a belgian.
