Commercial Description:
The ‘Bink brown’ is the most known ‘Bink beer’. It’s a beer of high fermentation, unfiltered and not pasteurized, with secundary fermentation in the bottle. This tasty beer is appreciated by the lover of brown beers. The ingredients are: four types of malt, one belgian type of hop, brewing liquor and yeast. Our ‘Bink brown’ is a full and softly bitter beer with an aftertaste of sweets and malt. The alcohol content of this ‘little giant’ is 5,5 % vol.alc.

Pours dark brown and thike with a nice head. Aroma is with dark malts and yeast. Flavor is rich but has a tang of sourness that ruins a nice finish. A good beer but there are better ones.

(bottle - 330 ml) Dark brown pour with a very thin amount of tan foam. Aroma is very light and slightly sweet with some hints of sweet malts and yeast. Flavor begins sweet but then quickly moves to a sour and bitter middle. Finish is bitter and lingering. Some yeast and spice.

Bottle into Trappist glass. An opaque dark brown beer with a reddish tinge and a decent sized creamy tan head providing good lacing. The nose is burnt brown sugar, cherries, plums, and light Belgian yeasts. The flavour is restrained fruity sweet dark malts with a gentle smoky spicy finish. The sweetness is just right. A top quality bruin ale.
