COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The ‘Bink brown’ is the most known ‘Bink beer’. It’s a beer of high fermentation, unfiltered and not pasteurized, with secundary fermentation in the bottle. This tasty beer is appreciated by the lover of brown beers. The ingredients are: four types of malt, one belgian type of hop, brewing liquor and yeast. Our ‘Bink brown’ is a full and softly bitter beer with an aftertaste of sweets and malt. The alcohol content of this ‘little giant’ is 5,5 % vol.alc.

Not my kind of smell, some weird eathy, carmal and spices. Looks aren’t to great neither. Plain dark brown, medium beige head that wont hold. Taste is red fruits and caramel. Sour-sweet. No, not my thing for sure. The bottle is good till 2012 it says, but I have my doubts. Yeasty, nothing intersting, no harmony. Never again probably.

Pours a cloudy darkbrown beer, with some large chunks in it. Beige rocky head that disappears rather quickly. A lot of carbonisation in the glass. In the nose sweet malts, caramel, coffee and chocolate. Mouthfeeling is round, full and warm body. Taste is full malty, even fruity with a little sour touch. Somewhat caramel as well, but not as much as you would think by the aroma. Aftertaste is freshly sour and malty with red fruits and berries. A very interesting and well crafted beer. It’s been 7 years since I visited the brewery and drunk the beer, should be doing this some more!
