COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The ‘Bink brown’ is the most known ‘Bink beer’. It’s a beer of high fermentation, unfiltered and not pasteurized, with secundary fermentation in the bottle. This tasty beer is appreciated by the lover of brown beers. The ingredients are: four types of malt, one belgian type of hop, brewing liquor and yeast. Our ‘Bink brown’ is a full and softly bitter beer with an aftertaste of sweets and malt. The alcohol content of this ‘little giant’ is 5,5 % vol.alc.

Pours dark brown and thike with a nice head. Aroma is with dark malts and yeast. Flavor is rich but has a tang of sourness that ruins a nice finish. A good beer but there are better ones.

Caramel and malts in aroma. The flavor is caramel candy and sweet, along with some funk. Not bad, an interesting ale but the flavor is a bit off.

Draft @ de Paas. Brown colour with a tanned head. Spicey smell of malts and kandi sugar. Flavour is fresh, easy drinkable and malty. Good session beer, just above average.

Bottle. Cloudy brown pour with a medium tan head. Aroma of caramel, yeast, bread and toffee. Medium to thin body with the slight bitter malty finish. Middle of the road Belgian, certainly not worth the price but worth checking out.

Dark brown color, brown head, nicely carbonated. Malty nose, some chocolate. Taste is also malty, sweet but not too sweet, caramel. Actually a very nice beer!

bottle @ b&b in Bilzen, dark brown coloured with stable white/beige head. Smell: dark fruits, plums, caramel. Taste: very sweet, plums, caramel and some alcohol note. The blond version is much better in my opinion.

I let this warm a bit out of the fridge. Poured with a nice, large, thick, foamy, frothy, fluffy, creamy, tan head that lasts a long time and lots of lace. Color is an opaque brown with a little red and lots of sediment in suspension. Aroma is roast, cocoa, molasses, spice, yeast. Flavors almost exactly the same, just more intense plus a nice balance of carbonic tang and just enough sweetness. Body and carbonation are good. Beer is a little chewy. Finish is of average length and satisfying. Decent beer.
