3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 Svesse (5197) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - AUG 28, 2007
UPDATED: AUG 29, 2007 (Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm) Yellow colour, slightly hazy, with firm white head. Fruity nose with spicy, grassy notes. Spicy, rather strained taste with a good balance between malt and fruit. Rather dry with a dry, spicy bitterness in the finish. Balance is getting better. Nice beer with strained lambic notes combined with a touch of saison. Very drinkable.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20 duff (5484) - Lund, SWEDEN - MAR 2, 2007
Draught@Bruxellensis. Green apple flavour. Sweetish, fizzy, yeasty, with a soft dry finish. Not too much happening otherwise.
2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 beerinmarch (2830) - Washington, USA - NOV 15, 2006
Interesting beer at Bruxellensis. Light gold in color with a strong white head. Sour apple dominates the aroma and flavor. The high carbonation dries the beer out and really brings out the apple esters. Finish had a strong bitterness.
3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 ha1ag (647) - Maastricht, NETHERLANDS - OCT 31, 2006

Draught - Bruxellensis Festival. Very pale gold. Yeasty sour green apple aroma. Appley in mouth, smooth, but doesn’t really develop. Yeasty and a bit underdeveloped.
3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 maeib (7542) - Wootton, Northampton, Northamptonshire, ENGLAND - SEP 20, 2006
Draught - Bruxellensis Festival - A straw blonde coloured beer with a big white head. The aroma is fruity and has odd berries and apple skins. The taste is also red apple skins and strange fruits. Some odd flavour thing going on which seemed to be a strange spicing. Wierd and not totally to my taste.
3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 thebeertourist (4269) - Oslo, NORWAY - SEP 15, 2006
On draught at Bruxellensis. Hazy golden with a good eggwhite-like head. Original fruity and sweety nose. Cellar flavours, quite dry though with sweet and fruity undertones. Lightish body, good carbonation. A very interesting beer, bordering to a bière de garde.
3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 sayravai (4655) - Helsinki, FINLAND - SEP 7, 2006
(Draught@Pikkulintu, Helsinki) Hazy pale yellow color with a small, tight, fading head. Crisply hoppy, Saison Duponty-pilsenery aroma. Yeasty, freshly hoppy flavor with only a hint of tartness from the lambic. Light to medium-bodied palate with balanced carbonation. A very nice and refreshing summer brew.
3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 gnoff (6320) - Mölndal, SWEDEN - APR 15, 2006
Sample from the tap at Akkurat in Stockholm, Sweden, November 2005. Called Bink Reuss 2003. Hoppy beer, not like a lambic at all.
