Shared with Wim at his place. Clear goldblond colored beer with small white head and lots of carbonation. Hopped herby aroma. Medium sparkling palate. Finish is bitter sweet herby.

Commissioned beer for the Bintjeshoeve and intended as accompaniment to dishes based on ’bintjes’ (potatoes). Snow white, thin head, colour misty golden blonde. Aroma at first reminds me of cheese flavored potato chips and even a hint of blue cheese, cooked potatoes also, corn oil, unripe peaches, orange peel; taste a dried fruitiness with sourish citrus, cheesy with medium carbonation, finishing in a dry hoppiness, mouthfeel a bit resinous. Strange but very enjoyable.

On tap @ Borefts 2013. A nice big lasting white head on this. The beer is cloudy and deep orange in color. On the nose it’s quite elegantly sweet and gruit. Not overwhelming by any means, but there is a really nice peach hoppy aroma going on here. Fresh grass, some citrusy mild hints and perhaps some apricots as well. The taste is more almost herbal. Light soft oily on the mouthfeel and it has a average carbonation level. Fruity mandarins, some canned watery peaches and a herbal finish. It almost taste a little heather and it has a "wild"-element as well. Different, but actually not bad at all. 28.09.2013

Fresh and slightly sour beer, has some tardy brett. Has some dry fruits like citra and white grape I think.

Tap at Beer Temple as Folkbier. Hazy golden, stable head. Fruity, slightly sour nose. Mildly sour fruit flavours, good dryness towards the finish. Nice.

Gedronken met joes en dutchdrebus. Dankzij joes. Oranje heldere kleur met een kleine witte schuimkraag. Ruikt naar poep, gierlucht. Drinken met je neus dicht. Smaakt naar mout en beetje fruit.
