3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Sours and Vampires night---
Bottle poured into tulip glass. Red burgundy color with a white bubbly head. Smell is nice, gives a god indication of the sweet/sour mix that comes through in the flavor profile. Clean finish that drinks down very easily. Defiantly would drink again.
Very good beer to enjoy watching the beginning of Underworld: Rise of the Lycans. (Maybe there is also something about Sours and Werewolves?)

On tap at Toronado. (sold as Monk’s Cafe Flemish Sour)
Dark red with a small head. Quite sour with vinegar, spices, red berries and some oak. The finish was sour and fairly dry. A descent one.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
A decent sour, but not necessarily my favorite. A bit more difficult to drink than some that I’ve had. It was, as described, sweet and sour.

4.6 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
Poured from an 11.7 oz. bottle into a porter glass. Very dark, almost black. The sour flavor reaches your nose before the smooth liquid reaches your tongue. An excellent example of a Belgian sour ale.

Pours a very drank red color with a large off white head that persists on through. Smells of bit sour with some vinager undertones, taste is kinda apple sweet and then a bit bit of tart and sour, not like any other beer I have ever had. Very nice and enjoyable beer

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
This was a draft pour. Dark brown/purple, slightly hazy with very little head. Sour aroma, little hints of vinegar. It’s dominated by a fruity grape juice flavor, with lots of tanginess. Nice subdued mouthfeel, very easy drinking for a sour. Leaves a lingering bitterness. Overall really nice, easy to find sour.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle - Vinous, cherry and wood notes. Cloudy brown and beige big head. Sour cherry and some dark fruit notes. This soured brown is decent and well balanced, but there is something missing. Could be a bit more sour.

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
From a bottle, poured a dark reddish brown with a little white head. A little funk, sour cherry smell. Taste was only slightly sour with some sweetness. Definitely not to sour or tart a good beginner sour.
