Pleasant beer. Sweet nose. Overbearing sweetness from start to finish and aftertaste. Jammy notes of cherries and raspberries. Only a slight tartness. Weak lactic-like sourness. Slightly cloying. Nice aromas; OK flavors.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours almost opaque ruby into the glass, with a wonderfully retentive tan head that leaves thick lacing. The nose is of bing cherries and unripened stone fruits. Flavors of sour cherries, some funk, finishing with a curt sweet-n-sour note. Active carbonation and a medium-light body make this a great palate cleanser and quite refreshing. Nice wild sour.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Hazy reddish brown pour with small layer of offwhite head. Lactic aroma, funcy and tart smelling: port-y and sour berries. Tart taste with more creaminess and some additional funk, sour cherry and raspberries. Nice and refreshing.

11.2 oz bottle from backlog notes 07. Pours a hazy reddish brown color with a small off white head. The aroma and flavor have tart/sour cherry, red wine vinegar, some caramel sweetness, the nose was strong, the flavor faded somewhat toward the finish. Would make a nice intro sour.

3.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Draft at monks cafe Philly. Deep dark red with tons of lacing. Aroma is sweet cream with a funk touch. The taste adds lactic tart notes and a slightly bitter finish, sweet candied sugar, and dark fruits as well. Very smooth but rich. Awesome.

Whoa not very impressed. Tastes like half ale, half lambic with neither one of them standing out. Meh.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle. Dark ruby with a big off white head. Aroma is cranberry juice, cherry and light musk. Taste adds chocolate and lactic notes and an earthy note on the finish. Soft and thin mouthfeel with little carb and relatively quick finish. Slightly odd but really enjoyable.
