Can. Pours golden, with a thin white head. Aroma is sweet corn. Taste is sweet and metalic.

Can. Grainy aroma, pale yellow color, grainy and light bitter flavors, very light, very bad.

I had a can from Al Ahram in Egypt, brewed under license. It was largely disappointing. The color was relatively dark, an amber that suggested some malts, but at the same time it seemed like food coloring. Some head. At first all I could detect was a kind of mineral water flavor, being fizzy but without flavor, but the cardboard, corn cob, and tin can flavors welled up and make it difficult to drink, much less enjoy. At least the palate wasn’t the problem, as it had a bit of body and the carbonation wasn’t out the mainstream. It wasn’t aggressively unpleasant, just mostly unpleasant. One sort of cool thing was the pull-back top, the kind that leaves a sharp, curled up piece of metal, the kind of which I haven’t seen on a beer can in many years.

Can. Golden colour with a small white head. Weak chemical cornz aroma and a sick sweet taste. Waterz bodz and a appel kind of finish.

Can. Yellow color with a nice white head. Taste was all corn. It was good initially but something went wrong real quick. Draino.

I have to agree with Jacob. This is water and chemicals. I did'nt see it was a low alcoholic beer first, but it was very unpleasant and undrinkable. Too bad that all moslems have to drink bevarages that contain alcohol in the black alleys and in the thair secret romms and back rooms where Allah does'nt see them!

[Brewed and canned in Egypt by Al Ahram under license from Hürlimann] I feel extremely sorry for all the moslems of Egypt, who aren't allowed to drink alcohol. This is the beer that all the true moslems are drinking all the time. If they ever tried any other beer, they would probably never drink this awful beer again. It is completely watery with some disgusting chemical notes. I suspect that this is carbonated Nile water mixed with urine to get the colour.
