Birra ambrata con riflessi ramati. Al naso domina la nota luppolata, con sentori di frutta. In bocca è di buona struttura, amara, con marcati sentori di luppolo; corposa e ben equilibrata.

Colore rame intenso, buona schiuma. Odore di resina e pino. In bocca è erbacea con forti sentori resinosi e una nota di caramello. Finale secco ed amaro. Una Amber Ale solidissima.

My favourite Italian beer so far, I think. basically an amber APA. Clear copper colour with loose head. Nice aroma of biscuitty malt and plenty of fresh fruity and floral hops mixture of cascade and EKG at a wild guess. very impressive firm nutty malt base, more munich malty than crystal malty, with slight toasty notes, long peppery and bitter aftertaste. very nice stuff, clean, flavourful and well put together. Bought at osteria dei priori perugia, good place to buy Umbrian micros.
