Dredd (700) - Bentleigh, AUSTRALIA - OCT 13, 2014
When you pick up a can as you pass through the checkout at a mere .5€ a can you have low expectations. Surprisingly not all bad with this one though. Slight cardboard hop aroma, pour is gold straw with thin white head. Flavour is slight sweet upfront with a mild and short bitter finish. Yes it is brewed to a price point, but has made the most our of it.

thellgren (301) - Helsinki, FINLAND - SEP 24, 2014
0.5 l can from local supermarket in Rome. Dark yellow, bubbles, no head. Not bad (no sweetness from alcohol and/or corn or rice) but not a good lager. If you are very thirsty this might be OK, but otherwise you should pass.

Ragnampiza (512) - Rome / Lecce, ITALY - SEP 2, 2014
330 ml can. Pale canary yellow, crystal clear, with a small, creamy, surprisingly persistent bright white head. Nutty and slightly toasted nose, a hint of grass and sweet barley/grain, some wet cardboard in the background. Mild but decent bitterness upfront, very light and watery, but relatively clean overall, just slightly dusty in the end. Not as cloyingly sweet as expected, pretty dry. Average carbonation, light body, slightly creamy texture. Barely drinkable, but for the price there is so much worse stuff out there.

Benzai (8723) - Oirschot, THE NETHERLANDS, NETHERLANDS - AUG 20, 2014
Bottle shared by my uncle. Clear pale yellow golden color, small white head. Smell and taste malts, lightly hayish, lightly bitter. Average body and carbonation. Well, as expected an ordinary pale lager. No flaws, but no real flavor either.

just regular Italian, thirst killer, even from can it wasn’t bad, but nothing to be excite about. colour only one step better than water. A lot of CO2. Smell not quite nice, but what can you do in a hot day? :P

JohnnyJ (4466) - San Diego, California, USA - MAY 27, 2014
Bottle. Clear golden pour with a fizzy white head. Standard cheap lager. Grainy malt, skunky, light corn, a bit sweet, and a bit grassy. Not too bad.

Dorqui (2110) - Brescia, ITALY - AUG 12, 2013
Canned 0,50L. Bright and clear yellow color, medium bubbly aspect and good head of medium duration. Pale cereals and herbaceus aroma, light notes of dampen corn and alcohol. Pleasant prickly and lively body, discreet bitter content and poor alcoholic palate. Very tipycal discount beer but with something to save.

Douberd (2468) - Arnhem, NETHERLANDS - JUL 20, 2013
660 ml bottle, bought in Italy. Poured into a lager glass. ABV 4.7% Deep golden yellow colour on the body, one finger of white head, quickly disappearing. No lacing. Faint aroma of malts, nothing else here. Taste is sweet but nothing is distinguishable here either. Thin body, low carbonation. Overall a quickly forgetable beer.
