Draft at Open Baladin. Bright golden color, thick tan ice cream cone head. A decent pilsner style beer, not bad, but not exciting.

Draft. A golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of spices and flowers. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, spices, and flowers, leading to a bitter finish.

Collaboration between Del Borgo and Amarcord, according to the staff at Open Baladin
Hazy deep blond color; creamy head. Nice hop aroma, continental hops, and light chamomile. Slim body, no peculiar flavors, some dry caramel, with very strong bitterness. An ok beer, the cellar (barrel?) ageing is not evident.

Amber with a lasting white head. Grainy and bready malt aroma. Medium sweet, malty flavour

Clear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, toasted, dusty, vomit notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, hay, dusty, malty, yeasty - fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100602]

From tap at Open Baladin. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild butterish and light cornish. Malty and cornish. Light bitterness coming through. Ends dry and bitter. Slight herbal note.

Tap @ Open Baladin, Rome. Pours slight unclear golden with a small creamy white head on top. Nose and flavor are grassy and hoppy. Fruity hops and a bit of buiscuit. Very dry and crisp flavor. Fine

5th June 2010 - Draft at Open Baladin. Collaboration brew between Del Borgo and Amarcord (thanks Fiulijn). Very light haze on this beer. A little white head. Light palate - a litlle dry and with a fresh crispness. Fresh malt, pretty well balanced with some orange and generic fruit hop. Creamy as well.
