Doskonała piana, drobna i pięknie koronkuje. W pierwszym momencie aromat był super: owoce, mango, pomarańcza, ale po 10 min doszedł zapach sera. Goryczka przyjemna, mocna, ale na pewno nie 120 IBU.
Smak podobny jak zapach.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
From Craftissimo. Cloudy (so muddy it's opaque) orange-brown with yeasty sudsy off-white head and legs. Smells of heavy wet malt, some fruitcake/sweet spiced bread, butterscotch, pear and other overripe fruits, quite a concentrated aroma. Tastes of malt but accompanied by a lot of bitterness, a little sour and musty. Has the heavy malt and hop flavour of some New Zealand IPAs but less fresh-tasting and more musty and sweet, esp. in the nose. Body is thin to medium, a little fizzy and frothy, spicy bitter finish. Solid relatively malty IPA that's less creamy/crisp in palate than other Birra del Borgo beers I've tried.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle from Craftissimo at home. Hazy/opaque dark amber pour. Hoppy - pine and fruit - biscuity aroma. Taste is similar - big bitter hops with healthy malt background. Very bitter finish. Much more traditional flavor profile than other Borgo beers - really good IPA. Big flavor, very bitter, but balanced. Yum.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Cloudy medium amber body with an off-white head that laces the glass very well. Strong aroma of slightly overripe tropical fruits, especially peach and mango, backed up by caramel. So far this looks and smells very much like a double IPA. The flavour and taste however does not have the necessary punch to justify the DIPA classification. I’d say the bitterness is quite moderate, i.e. not as bitter as a powerful DIPA should be, and frankly I doubt that the IBU printed on the label is correct: this does not feel like 120 IBU at all. The sweetness is moderate to light, in other words not sweet enough to be able to mask 120 IBUs that efficiently. It’s a bit watery and the finish is rather short. Still, a very nice IPA that pretends to be a DIPA. And that name? Please? That must be stupid even in Italian.
