Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, flowers, orange - citrus. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Bottled. An unclear golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of hops, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, malt, hay, and fruits, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle 75 cl. Pours a cloudy amber with a small off-white head. Solid aromatic hop blend in the nose. Fairly solid body, a little caramel and oxidized fruits, but it’s the good aromatic hops that dominates leaving a solid hop bite. Almost a mini Barley Wine. 110512

Bottle. Good grassy aroma, slightly caramelly. Hazy dark golden colour. Small white head. The flavour is nicely grassy. Good bitter hoppiness.

Hazy amber color, with generous head. Earthy aroma, a bit dusty, some cheesy hops, but deep, penetrating. Very smooth mouthfeel; caramel flavor, but still too much yeast, that gives some astringency; strong hop character, with bitter oranges.
A bit too yeasty, but well balanced and quite good. To try when cleaner.

Deep red amber with a firm, staying, frothy, off-white head. Nice peachy hops aroma, grapefruit, apricot. Nice sweet malty and resiny base. Medium to high carbonation, very dry and light creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is bitter, some caramel malts in the base, piney, grapefruit. Very bitter and dry finish. Good, but not the most balanced of IPAs.

Bottle @ DØE Øl Festival 2012. Hazy amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hops, little caramel and a little grapefruit. Flavour is malt, fruit, hops, little caramel, little grapefruit, little sweet and medium bitter.
