Only light saison yeast influence on the aroma, it does drink more like a US style pale ale, with a good hop finish.

Poco saison, molto bitter come aromi.

Weirdly shaped 33cl bottle at an Osteria in Bologna. Can’t tell you how it looks, bottle was served with no glass. Smells of malt, herbs, grass, straw, coriander, soggy bread. Flavor follows, some grist, some bread, coriander, straw. Dry finish. Fine.
