COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Golden Ale.

Tap at Bir&Fud, Rome.

A very interesting "forest floor" and rose petal aroma (coming from Warrior hops, apparently) and then a complex bitter, malty and deliciously hoppy taste with lots of bitterness and fruity hop. Another lovely Del Borgo beer, but I’d say it’s more of an APA than a Saison?

33 cl bottle at Mamá Cecilia, Alcalá de Henares. Pours hazy pale golden with white thick head. Aroma reminds me of an IPA: grapefruit, mango, passionfruit, bitter herbs. Taste is fizzy, watery, fresh and slightly sour. Very bitter finish. Nice one, easy to drink.

5% alcohol. Pale Golden cloudy beer with a minimal creamy frothy head. Bottle fermented. Cereal/nutty malt aroma with floral hoppy aromas giving a nice fruity palate reminding me of ripe apricots.

330ml bottle (Nisha, Kaunas) (6:3+:6:4-:12+=3.1+)
Pale orange, spongy head. Fruity and floral aroma, sweetish. Plasticky malty taste, but not a burnt plastic. Pleasant bitter finish, a gentle bite and tingle. That tingle I like, but the mashiness of the malts, even rice pudding, disturbs me. A bit too messy and raw, but certainly pleasant.

330ml bottle (Nisha, Kaunas). Hazy orange color. Medium size, white head, stays. Sweet, malty, grassy hops, dirty and metallic in aroma. Sweet, caramel, grassy hops in taste. Metallic hops in aftertaste. I’m not a fan of metallic hops, but in this brew it doesn’t disturb me that much. Drinkable brew.
