Bottle shared at Beer Temple tasting. Pours hazy dark golden with no real head. Aroma is big cinnamon, light tropical fruits, light floral. Flavour is medium sweet and light to medium bitter, bringing the cinnamon out further with pepper in the finish. Medium bodied with soft to moderate carbonation.

Elegante botella tipo Cava. Textura aguada. Final levemente dulce y sutil retrogusto resinoso. Smart champagne shaped bottle. Delirium Tremens Snifter glass. Enjoyed on jul´12. -funny no-planned tasting session in good company at the Freiburg-. Golden amber color. Chill haze appearance. White froth. Brief crown. Floral fragrances, intense cinnamon, nutmeg & spiced hues, hay & cereal notes to the nose. Flavors shown sweet malty backbone, subtle sourness, raw grains, yeast & slightly lemony. Spicy touch. Low bitterness. Light to medium body. Moderate to high carbonation. Watery texture. Slightly sweet finish & subtle resins on the aftertaste.

Slightly hazy amber color, small white head. Peachy, a bit yeasty aroma. Medium-bodied. Fruity-sweetish, apricot, honey and vanilla. Tasty, almost dessert beer despite of style and ABV.

Dense foam, which disappeares swiftly. Hazy and pale amber in colour. Wine-like taste with pale ale styled hopping. The lingering hop notes in the aftertaste make this Saison interesting and very refreshing. I recommend this for those that are fond of both saisons and pale ales.

Bottle. A hazy dark yellow to pale amber beer, with a large, frothy/fizzy, mostly lasting white head. the aroma is lightly to moderately malty (toatsed grain, biscuits), lightly to moderately hoppy (flowers), lightly yeasty (dough), with strong notes of honey and peach, minor notes of some indistiguishable spices. The flavor is moderately to heavily sweet, lightkly acidic, lightly bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation, not a longest finish with moderate bitterness. Not a true Saison, more a good Belgian Ale, as far as I’m concerned. No particular flaws, perhaps too sweetish/honeyish, but palatable and fruity. The spelt becomes more apparent in the flavor.

Hazy gold beer, good white head. Light malt and fruit on the nose. Light semi dry palate, semi soft. A little lagerish malt and light saison sweet fruits with a trace of banana. Palate turns softer with a carbonated bite in the finish and some minerals. Not bad. A decent Italian Saison.

Best Italian saison/farmhouse I’ve had. Poured at a good temperature with a decent size, cream colored, foamy, head that slowly settles to a nice cover and a tiny bit of lace. Aroma is malt, yeast, hop, dust, caramel. Flavor’s like nose and has very nice balance between bitter, sweet, and carbonic tang, plus has a bit of butter. Body is great and carbonation is outstanding. Finish is like flavor, of good length, and is very drinkable.

Male, già dal colore arancione con assenza completa di schiuma. Anche al naso e al palato i difetti sono evidenti...Mah...
