Forma sedimento naturale. Ingredienti: acqua, malto d’orzo, farro (23%), luppolo, zucchero e lievito. Rifermentata in bottiglia.

Slightly cloudy deep gold with a big-ish white head and decent lacing. Nose of citrus, corriander, pepper, yeast, fruit. Light sourish taste with distinct sweetness slightly on top. Nice milky/creamy texture, high carbonation. A well made saison, albeit no perks.

Hazy to clear golden colour, small immediately disappearing top. Non filtered, non pasteurized. Medium body, mediaum carbonization. Aroma and taste hard to notice, at least no bad aftertaste. Smooth in a way. Well balanced alcohol.

Orange hazy color with small white head and no lacing. Aroma is faint, but yeasty with slight spices and tropical fruits. Flavor is bland, may be a little oxidized. I’m not sure how old the bottle is, but bought it from Lizardville a month ago, so I would hope not too old. Underwhelming in most ways- just got it because it was Italian and had a cool bottle, but it was like $6 or $7 so kind of a bust.
