Milky golden pour topped by a fading white head that diminishes to a ring. Well integrated spelt if the first thing that you smell. Unfortunately a bit oxidized and clearly meant to be fresh, but the wheatiness has a softness that I find charming. Gentle almond nuances. Light and tart, biscuity. Fragrant and satisfying, very light beer. Not very complex yeastiness and the absence of hops is not its most commendable feature, but I enjoy the tannic touch at the end and suspect that this would be a fine summer ale when fresh on draught.

Male, già dal colore arancione con assenza completa di schiuma. Anche al naso e al palato i difetti sono evidenti...Mah...

Golden colour. Aroma is a bit herbal and grassy. Quite a thick feel. Flavour has some spice and liquorice root.

[5/12/12] Bottle sample at Ølfestival København 2012. Clear golden. Yeasty aroma with some malt, candy-ish notes, some spiciness and fruity notes. Sweetish flavor, yeasty and spicy, with some fruit esters and slightly honey-ish malt. Finishes a bit drier. Medium-bodied. Not so fun.

Rund och len, mycket fruktig, inte mycket beska eller kolsyra. En trevlig saison från Italien.

Copenhagen Beer Festival, 2012. Pours cloudy golden with a small white head. Grain, corn and funk. A bit of yeast. Medium bodied.

Aroma di farro, si presenta bionda ma piu’ sull’ambrato, sapore di farro e floreale, fresca! retrogusto non molto lungo e piacevole.

Aroma is rather stale with some orange and yeast. Almost no CO2 at all. Flavour is yeasty with some citron and orange notes. Like drinking a bun dough with homemade mead.

Bottle. Gold with a white head that fades quickly to a cm. Aroma is floral and lemony with grain and little honey. Fairly light bodied, could use a few more bubbles. Taste is sweet with honey and more than slightly exotic grain. Slightly bitter finish with some spices. For me wanted for a lick more of tartness and/or bitterness, but there’s plenty of intrigue.

Sampled at Bir&Fud, 100ml, draught. Cloudy amber coloured body. Fading white head, fragile lacing. Grassy hops to the nose with dough-like malts. Herbal hops, dough and hints of honey in flavour, as well as a touch of wheat. Soft bittersweet end. Refreshing and easy to drink (Roma, 30.03.2012).

Pours a slightly hazy dull copper color with clean aromas of grapefruit, green hay and bread. a very gaseous head dissipates fairly quickly... Flavors are crisp clean, nice balance of bitter hops and bready malts. There is also a nice underlying sour note that really makes this one refreshing and zippy !
