Hazy golden-wheat body, moderate sized white head. Nose is full of grain, lemon, yeasty pepper, mild funk and hay. Flavor is similar with a shart lemon-citric sourness and a mellow hay filled funk. Medium bodied, moderate acidity, mellow carbonation.

Pale yellow golden pour orange hue, thin ring of white head ... aroma is sour/brett and light barnyard, light wheat/spelt with a spice that borders fruity/floral .... taste is sour brett and light barnyard, light sugar and wheat/spelt, fruity yeast, light sour grapes and citrus (lemon geuze like) spicy bitterness ... finishes sweet and grainy with a dry sour and light bitter bite .... well done and balanced

Rating this from my girlfriend’s bathroom. Cloudy, golden orange color with a large, frothy, white head. Aroma has loads of yeast, cardamom, slight brett. Fuck this tastes good. Coconut, pineapple, wood. Boom, roasted. Damn good. What style is this?

Sour, dry, sweet, and fizzy-- reminiscent of a champagne and sour. Nice flavor combination of barrel, green grape, agave, grapefruit zest, and honey. Very nice!

Hazy gold with a billowy white head. Nice lacing. Aroma of cracked wheat, lemon, white pepper, funk and white grapes. Flavor is amazing! Lemon, lactic sourness, grass, tart apple, white grape, sour peach, hay, funky musty basement, grain and some lingering bitterness. Light body with bold carbonation. Dry and refreshing finish. Perfect beer for this hot summer day.

Bottle. Foamy pure white head, hazy light amber orange. Floral, some light spices, light fruits, bit of must, minimal leather, and some slight hoppiness. Flavor is much more sour than aroma suggests, minerally, leather, slight basement notes and funk. Touch acidic. Lighter fluffy body with very vibrant carbonation. Nice stuff.

Birra fantastica molto bella da vedere da annusare, da bere! Va giù che è un piacere, birra estiva perfetto incrocio tra saison e soprattutto cantillon! Dimenticavo acida ma non all’eccesso!

Bottle at alla spina with pat and Sean for Sean’s bday and pats last Saturday on mt Vernon. Tear. Respect. Pours a hazy golden orange body with frothy white head. Aroma is delicious lambic, yeast, sour tart fruit and funk. Mouthfeel is carbonated and dry with notes of dry farmhouse yeast, light spice, light funk, dry citrus.
