I love this birra desidera ottenere maggiori era disponibile farebbe un grande birra sessione.Molto buono il giudizio complessivo

Bottle @ Scott’s Summer Saison tasting. Thanks so much Scott! Hazy golden yellow appearance with an off white head. Super funky, tart lemon citrusy, vanilla, coconut aroma. Big coconut, pineapple, lemon citrusy, vanilla, tart, yeasty flavor. Nice one!

Pours golden honey with a very soft amber hue and beautiful bubbly head. The aroma is light candy sweet and wild yeast, so nice. The flavor is similar, soft candy citrus notes on a perfectly medium carbonated smooth body with undertones of the lambic yeast especially at the end. More juicy than dry which works so well here.

Bottle from Domus Birrae. Clear, shiny gold with a medium, fine head. Funky nose, horse blanket, lemon zest, yogurt, leather, rounded, bready malts. Wonderfully complex. Dry lemony flavor, some funk, orange sweetness, some bread. Great balance. The Borgo flavor is overwhelmed a bit by the Cantillon, but who can complain about that! It is softer and less dry than the lambic straight. Very fruity, well sour, spicy, low funk level. Maybe a bit too sweet. Great!

10/05/2012 Open Baladin Roma (750ml bottle). Dorata, viva, intensa, abbastanza limpida, schiuma leggera bianca, poco persistente. Corpo medio, carbonazione decisa. Ottima.

The pour is a cloudy/turbid golden straw color with a solid white head. A really funky nose to this. Great straw and grass with plenty of oak, lemon zest, and barnyard. Plenty of fruit notes to it as well, a touch of peach, lemon, and green apple. The flavor has a hint of tartness but a really enjoyable funk/farmhouse character. Quite dry with some lactic acidity on the finish. Might be a mild note of vanilla on the back end, too.

From a 12.7-oz bottle shared by BDR, pours a hazy golden orange colored saison with a thick and rocky off-white head that really sticks with the beer. Aroma of tart pear, some barnyard funk, some yeast, and apricots. Taste is medium bodied with flavors of tart tropical fruits, yeast, barnyard funk, and light lemon. Finish continues the tart fruit aftertaste that slowly dissipates. Pretty decent for an $8 sour saison.

Pours a golden Orange with a thick off-white head. Aroma is yeast, strong lemon, and faint barnyard. Taste is mildly tangy lemon up front moving into pilsner-like malts in the finish. A pleasant beer. Not bad.

Bottle. Pours a light tangerine with loads of bubbly head and very active carbonation. Nose is apricot, nectarine pit fruit, lemon and funk. Flavor is amazingly sour with lots of fruity tones to keep it interesting. This is fantastic stuff!
