Un poco granagliosa, virata sul dolciotto, pelino watery, mah..questa birra del Borgo poteva restare al Borgo senza che io dovessi andarla a bere in Città.

michael-pollack (4960) - King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 28, 2011
Draught at TND: Faint fruit aroma with some hints of sugars and grains. Poured amber/gold in color with a small, white head that diminished but lasted throughout as a film on top of the beer, as well as around the edges. Hazy. Sparkling. Flavor is light to medium sweet. Tastes of light malt, grains, slight fruit, slight herbs, and some bready malts. Medium body. Slightly tingly, then lightly dry texture. Average carbonation. Lightly sweet, grain, bread malt, slight fruit finish.

redlight (2316) - Orlando, Florida, USA - JUL 21, 2011
draft @ redlight redlight. Floral spicy aroma, citrusy. Pours golden orange with a thin white head. Citrusy peppery flavor, very wit like with a little resinous bitterness in the middle and towards the finish. The end is dry with some coriander lingering. Very nice.

Bottle. Pours a nice hazy golden color, with a frothy white head. Aroma is quite sweet loads of sweet malts, some banana, subtle spice like coriander and pepper notes, along with some citrus. Flavor is kind of Weissbier and Witbier combination, with the wheaty flavors, some of the spices like coriander and peppery notes in the aftertaste, citrus, banana and some yeasty notes. The body is light to medium with a chalky mouthfeel. Overall an solid brew, but nothing exceptional.

Travlr (9999) - Washington, Washington DC, USA - JUN 25, 2011
Draft at Churchkey. I was really looking forward to trying an Italian saison (a nice change of pace from barleywines), but this one was disappointing. Aroma of very subtle lemon. Taste is lemonade and soda water. Not very saison-like.
