L\’Enkir (l\’origine di ogni cosa) č anche all’origine di questa birra. Il 55% di Triticum Monococcum (il primo cereale addomesticato sulla Terra) viene aggiunto al malto d’orzo, diventando l’attore protagonista di questa birra. Questo antico cereale dona alla birra meravigliose note resinose e speziate che si sposano alla perfezione con quelle di frutta a polpa gialla.Il risultato č una birra di grande equilibrio, delicata e morbida, che accarezza il palato e soddisfa ogni senso.

Bottle thanks to Ansjelaah. Hazy orange color, small white head. Smell malts, sweetness and somehow some smoke. Taste malts, sweetness, slightly herbs and spices. Decent taste, ok aroma. Low to medium body and carbonation.

Bottle, bought @ LIVA, Kolding. Pours light hazy amber with a small, frothy, white head. Aroma has flowers, caramel, light herbal. Medium carbonation, light and a bit creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is mild, sweet, grainy, light wheat, floral. Lingering light bitterness.

Bottle at T Bois 40. It pours murky golden orange with a small white head. The nose is soft, fruity, tangerine, marmalade, juicy, candy, berry and dried mango. The taste is crisp, bitter, tart fruits, apricot, peachy, and sugar with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. On the sweet side, but not bad. Ok.
