Hazy golden color. Light aroma. Soft mouthfeel, sweetish flavor of cereals, with interesting fruity and vegetables touch; correct bitterness. There is something original here.
Pleasant.

Medium, whitish head over hazed orange beer. Citrus (orange), wheat, spices, orangeliqueur. Again citrus & wheat (or speciality grain...) mainly; possibly coriander, but restrained (enough). Still perfumey, and rather slanted towards the artificial. Warming up, ginger. Soft, velvety MF despite the more than adequate carbonation. The problem with del Borgo - and more Italian craftbrewers - is that their flavours are often a bit forced. This is no exception.

Bottle from Rakuten. I thought this was a weizen but it turns out it is a Belgian Pale Ale brewed with Einkorn Wheat. It was a bit of an odd beer, it poured a nice golden copper with a thin quickly dissipating head. The aroma was candy like with citrus notes. The flavor was sweet and tasted a bit like oranges. Some people thought it was sour, some thought it had sorachi ace & someone else thought it was made using Brett... I think it was probably just the odd wheat used in the brewing coming through, quite interesting & unique.
