Draft. A hazy dark golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of perfumy hops and straw as well as lighter notes of malt and spices. The flavor is very sweet with notes of malt, caramel, straw, and hops.

750ml Bottle: Top came off with a huge "POP" followed by significant gushing. Aroma of fruit, flowers, melon, and some gentian. Poured golden/amber in color with a huge, foamy, loose, frothy, off-white head that diminished but lasted throughout. Cloudy. Very sparkling. Full of tons of tiny and small particles throughout. Flavor is medium to heavily sweet. Tastes of fruit, melon, peach, flowers, and sugar. Light to medium body. Slightly thin texture. Average to slightly lively carbonation. Fruit, melon, peach, finish is medium sweet.

On draft at Holy Grale. Ample off-white head quickly dissipates atop this murky, dark-straw-colored pour. Aroma generally light, absent of hop notes, instead offering a clean sweetness and a hint of flowers. The flavor is also very clean, with only a hint of bitterness at the finish, and even this is accompanied by a clean, smooth, light sweetness. The palate is a little lacking for my taste, although the beer is not unpleasant in this respect.

On tap at the Holy Grale in Louisville Nose of light pilsner malt and no hops. Nice herbal bitter flavor and bitter finish. Clean finish similar to a lager. Would be great with food
