Colore ambrato scuro, schiuma cremosa, odore estremamente luppolato. Leggera, beverina e ben bilanciata. Assolutamente da provare. Complimenti a birra del borgo. (il miglior colpo di grazia)

Bottle picked up by my dad in a Eataly, Genoa, late Sept/early Oct 2013. consumed at home Saturday 12th October 2013 Pours black with off-white head. A very hoppy nose with some resiny pine in particular showing. Mmmhh.. this is a tasty decent black IPA, there are flavours of caramel and roasted malts coming through but this is very hoppy and the finish is bitter and dry. Really like this. Color marrone schiuma mediamente persistente. Al naso viene subito fuori la luppolatura ricca di oli essenziali tipica del Caskadian. Al palato esce fuori anche un p di tostatura, sempre ottimamente schermata dal luppolo. Finale persistente e duraturo.

Keg North Bar Leeds 12/11/13. A dark brown coloured beer with a white head and lace. A nice hoppy dark beer. Sweeter than our BIPAs with caramel and chocolate notes. Hops are good though for sure. Tasty and moreish with a nice body. A bit of a grassy edge. Lots of oranges. Liked this a lot although stylistically an inbetweener.
