ambrata buona schiuma piuttosto persistente naso esteri erbaceo un tocco di lievito leggero etilico in bocca discreto corpo note di tabacco leggere eastringenze ma non fastidiose amaro medio

Bottle. Black with a small head.Chocolate and liquorice blend together to create a pleasant medium bodied beer. The chocolate lingers afterwards.

Bottle from MiOrge MiHoublon in Arlon, Belgium. Sampled on 8 June 2009. The beer poured a clear amber/brown color with a 1/2 inch tan head which receeded to a nice film on top of the glass with a complete ring around the edge. The nose had definite tobacco notes but there were some sweet touches as well. The taste was sweet up front yet there was a good dose of tobacco in the flavor but not overwhelming. Very interesting beer.

Top five beer from Birra del Borgo. A very good balance with all ingredient of a good beer. On tap in Bir & Fud.

Bottle: Poured a copper color with an off white head. Aroma is hops and malts. Taste was spice, malts, and hops. Seemed more of a pale ale to me.
