(Cask, by gravity, at White Horse, Parson’s Green, London, 29 Nov 2009) Hazy copper colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with grapefruit, resin and pine needles. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of grapefruit, resin and pine needles. Rather sweet with intense hop flavours. Full body, chewy mouthfeel. Slightly over the top and hardly very well balanced, but still a very tasty beer with an impressive hop presence. Nice one.

draft @ redlight redlight. Bready honey aromas with spicy earthy hops on the nose. Pours golden blonde with a thick white head, bubbles slowly cascading to the surface. Honey malts, bready malts flavors, and spicy bitter hops, a little sweet but otherwise a solid pilsner.

I’ve been a bit disappointed by colaborrations in general and with DFH being involved...I mean, I like Dogfish Head, but let’s just say I was skeptical. That said, this was really good, bordering on awesome. Light and crisp, completely hiding its strength. Lots herbal, piney hops, and light, mildly corn flavored malt base. Very drinkable, very enjoyable.

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Hazy gold with a big, loose white head. Big, zesty hopping, lemon and grapefruit. Smooth, the hops convey all their wonderful flavour without drying you out too much. Perfectly balanced. Loads of honey in there too. Very awesome.

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Draft. Pours a golden body with a white head. Dingy malt aroma and grain, almost a bit like line build up or mildew ridden malt. Citrus, and vinegar but not in an enjoyable manner. Slightly better flavor, citrus, dingy socks, grass y earth toned with a dry finish. Not a fan.
