3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
A Mes rate. Bottle at GBBF.
Darkish orange gold with an excellent pillowy white head that lasts really well. Woo hooo bring on the Simcoe. Faint sweet malty backbone is just about detectable in the midst of all this hoppage but it’s just providing a back beat. Proper complex hoppage. The Saaz and Simcoe work really well together. Alcohol is hidden well and the nice dry bitterness in the finish makes it very drinkable indeed. Damn good stuff.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottled 750ml. -Yellow/orange coloured, big white head, lively carbonation, also fruity nose with hint of hops like Trentatre Ambrata. Sweet malty and fruity with pleasant hoppy notes. Bitter finish, but all in all something is missing.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle courtesy of and shared with ogivlado (thanks!)
Poured a huge thick chalky white head that went away very very slowly. Slightly hazy golden colour. Fruity sweet aroma hop in the nose, a bit malty. Sweet malty taste, some weak fruity aroma hop bitterness, a bit soapy. Strong bitter aftertaste. Nice hop profile but not all that refreshing and almost dull. Some light alcohol too. Pales in comparison with the two Trentatre beers we’ve had before this.
