Good job Birra del Borgo!

Bottle shared by shigadeyo. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a medium sized creamy white head. The aroma has a crisp hoppiness, mild fruit notes, herbal, resiny with pale malts. The flavor has a sweet maltiness, yeast, mild fruits, some herbal and resiny hops. This isjust not my style, but decent nonetheless.

UPDATED: OCT 27, 2012 Has a very Hoppy aroma similar to a pale ale but tastes similar to an Ipa. A little bit more bitter than the regular My Antonia. Wish I grabbed another bottle to compare with My Antonia.

Bottle, bought @ LIVA, Kolding. Clear, pale yellow with a big, staying, creamy white head. Aroma has pilsner malts, grassy, grapefruit, light vinious. Low to medium carbonation, dry and oily mouthfeel. Flavour has good hops, grapefruit, pine, pilsner malts. Vinious, lingering bitterness. Elegant, but a bit sharp.

Big bottle, then draught at Bir & Fud. Big hop nose: citrus, grass, some pine. Light pilsner malt beneath. Clean, with just a tiny bit of caramel. Cloudy gold with a thick, lowish head. Flavors of sweet fruit and biscuits, light caramel, huge hops: citrus, sweet orange, apricot and, after time, apples. Comes out somewhere between a pils and an IPA. Thick and rich, refreshing and somewhat yeasty. I would bring up the pils malt character just a touch, but this is great. Very enjoyable.

Another well balanced beer from Birra del Borgo. Cloudy though - murky maybe - and a huge head that quickly starts to look like sewage foam.

drank this head-to-head with the Dogfish version. Huge head on this one, nose was still hoppy but less flowers than the Dogfish counterpart; taste was slightly floral, but with more friut notes.
