Exceptional beer, huge spectrum of flavours as it warms in the glass. Apple and spices gives to toffee, oak, raisin. Granny Smith bite and a slight bitterness at the end of the palate. 11.3% abv is almost undetectable. Get!

Amber with lasting tan head.
Fruity, malty, and bitter aroma.
Taste is malt, bread, berries, wine, wood, tobaco.
Sweet, full body, medium carbonation. Can this really be an IIPA?
Tastes very complex. Nice.

Bottle from mane liquor. Pours a light copper with a small disappearing off white head. Nose is quite zesty with lemon notes and pine hops. Wood oak is in there too. Taste is quite thin. Lemon zest and wood oak are prominent in the taste. Dry oak aged hop bitterness. Can feel the alcohol. It's quite watery not as good as I thought it would be

Clear medium amber yellow colour with a small to average, fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, malt syrup, moderate hoppy, oak, sake. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, sake, sweet sake fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110612]
