drpimento (2294) - La Crosse, Wisconsin, USA - OCT 25, 2014
This version didn't seem to fare as well as the unaged version. Appearance has a fizzy small very short-lived head, no lace and a dark brown cloudy color. aroma is balsamic vinegar dark fruit and a little Malt. Flavor is like aroma except no sweetness or very little sweetness from fruit and some Oaky flavors. Body is okay and include some alcohol warmth. It's an okay beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

brystmar (1289) - Dallas, Texas, USA - SEP 18, 2013
Ugly brown color, zero head/lace. Smells like an Oude Bruin: dark cherries, oak barrels, a bit soured. Hints of an English Barleywine underneath the soured grain and yeast. Tart, balanced, interesting. I like Del Borgo.

Sampled at Clockwork’s 4K/5K/10K gathering 2013. Bottle pours a deep amber body with off white lacing. Aroma is light, funky fruit. Mouthfeel is medium to full with notes of fruit - somewhat one dimensional with a very lightly flavored, tart funk. Not bad though.
