Crea assuefazione!

From a bottle at the Bevog 2ns anniversary. Pours a bit hazy yellow golden color, topped with a medium sized white head. Mild fruity aroma, tropical feel to it. Gently fruity and sweet taste, a bit resiny with moderate bitterness. Easily drinkable and nice, though a bit metallic in the aftertaste. Still very nice.

Bevuta alla spina. Colore ambra scuro, arancio. Odori fruttati. Erbacea e astringente, caramello. Finale troppo amaro e secco. Fatta benino, ma non per me...

oN TAP @ Cheese 2015 Bra. Giallo ambrato, riflessi dorati, velata. Schiuma beige chiaro, fine persistente. Aroma intenso, fruttato di agrumi, erbaceo e resinoso. Decisamente luppolato. Caramello e malto sono anche presenti. Gusto secco, particolarmente amaro, acidulo. Finale agrumato e resinoso.

330ml bottle served in a chalice glass. A: First of all, magnificent bottle art. Beautiful bottle format and label. Pours a very cloudy dark orange color forming a medium but very solid light yellow head. Good retention and tons of lingering and molasses formed and left in the glass. S: Great nose. Strong notes of grassy hops, resin, pine and sweet pale malts. Great fruit esters. Strong notes of grapefruit and apricot. Flowery.... T: Slightly sweet upfront. Strong notes of grassy hops, resin, pine and sweet pale malts. Strong notes of grapefruit and apricot. Slightly bready and earthy. Excellent and persistent grassy bitterness finish. M: Medium body. Average carbonation. Persistent bittersweet int the aftertaste: a mix of resin, pine, grapefruit and lemon zest. O: Excellent drinkability. Just another Birra del Borgo masterpiece. Excellent Italian brewery.
